Kuan Tai Technology ("JMTECH") warrants to the original end user customer of its products specified below that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, JMTECH will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by JMTECH on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If JMTECH is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations.

This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective JMTECH products, as provided above. JMTECH is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing JMTECH products. This warranty excludes 3rd party software, connected equipment or stored data. In the event of a claim, JMTECH 's sole obligation shall be replacement of the hardware.

Memory modules including Long-DIMM Modules, SO-DIMM Modules

Three-Year Warranty

The following JMTECH products are covered by this warranty for life:
Flash products including USB Flash Drives, Flash Cards

The following process will assist you in completing an RMA request on this site. Once you have completed the request, you will be contacted within 2 business days (via email) with your RMA number and the information necessary to return your defective product.

Please Note

1. You MUST obtain an RMA number before returning your product to JMTECH.
2. To exchange, refund or receive a credit for your product, please return it to
   the company from which it was purchased.
3. Please verify all of the information you are submitting to ensure it is complete and correct. Any discrepancy(s) will delay your request and could cause your request to be denied.
4. Basic trouble shooting is highly recommended prior to shipping to JMTECH. To ensure your RMA request is processed promptly, please be sure all information is complete and correct. RMA requests without proper information will not be processed and will be sent back to the sender.

*Standard replacement: Customer must return the defective product to JMTECH prior to shipping the replacement product. Subject to availability, the replacement product will be shipped to Customer the business day following JMTECH’s receipt of the defective product. Product will be replaced with the same part number as the part received unless prior authorization is obtained in order to substitute another part number. All requests are processed within 2 business days.

*Standard repair:**(discontinued product)** Any product that is no longer being manufactured by JMTECH but is still under warranty must be returned to JMTECH for repair. In the event that the part(s) is not repairable, the part(s) will be replaced with a refurbished part. The approximate return time for discontinued memory is 14 business days from receipt of defective product. Customer will be notified if processing is expected to exceed 7 business days
